Auster Mk 5 J/1 Autocrat SE-CGR

Photographed in Svedino's Automobile and Aviation Museum, Ugglarp, Sweden, on 14 October 2006.
Built by Auster Aircraft, Rearsby, Leicestershire, England. With construction number (c/no.) 2230, this aircraft was first registered in Great Britain as G-AIZW on 31 January 1947.
It was sold to Sweden on 14 August 1958 and registered as SE-CGR on 16 September 1958.
Svedino (the father of the present owner of the Museum, Björn Svedfelt) bought the aircraft from S. Lindros of Vittaryd in 1965 and kept it at Halmstad airfield. Lennart (Svedino) Svedfelt flew it until 1967, when he then placed it into the museum.
It was removed from the Swedish Civil Aviation register on 7 October 1968.
